Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to help us streamline workflows and implement financial technology solutions. We’re looking for someone who can work independently with clients and our internal team without needing constant oversight. This role has great potential for growth within the organization over the next 5 years.
The Workflow Implementation Specialist will be responsible for consulting with clients in recommending, implementing, configuring, and supporting software solutions such as RAMP, Gusto, Dext, Bill.com, Divvy/Spend & Expense, and similar platforms. This role requires a mix of technical know-how, accounting and payroll knowledge, and strong organizational and client service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and configure financial and workflow software for client accounts (Uncat, RAMP, Gusto, Dext, Bill.com, Divvy, etc.)
  • Drive payroll software setup, including earning codes, PTO policies, and employee data configuration
  • Work with client teams to map software integrations to the chart of accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
  • Work directly with clients to assess their needs, recommend best-fit software solutions, and design effective workflows using flowchart software such as draw.io
  • Document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support efficiency and consistency
  • Support internal adoption of workflow improvements across a multi-client environment with competing priorities
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during and after implementations, providing guidance and troubleshooting
