Job Description: Job Title: – Accounting Tribe Domain- Business Process SME Location: Manila Corporate Title: Assistance Vice President Accounting Tribe- Business Process SME team is to support Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through aligned cross divisional expertise in a dedicated Run-the-Bank (RTB) Change Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions in response to business problems and in accordance with provided requirements and agreed design principles. Your role will cover mainly on business requirements creation, documentation, testing, and cut over support. You will have the chance to hone your stakeholder interaction skills as you will have the opportunity to closely interact with Project SMEs, RTB SMEs, IT Teams and other support functions. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform business process analysis, documentation of current process workflow vs future state flow. Detailed Process Impact Analysis and perform map and gap analysis on existing Architecture Scope in business requirements for Head Office Reporting, Disclosures and GY Local Reporting Write User Stories ,review technical stories and ensure traceability to the User requirements Work with Technology Teams on Design and Build solution, providing walkthrough of the business requirements (user stories) Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct walkthrough of test results to Product Owner and process users Provide inputs to Operational Readiness on impact to Business Process Design Provide cut over support to business process users, specifically on issues investigation and driving for solutions What we will offer you A healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace.
