John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is seeking an Accounting/Vehicle Clerk to join our team in Hamilton! Leverage your career and join one of Ontario’s most successful GM dealers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year administrative experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with office related software and tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Posting New and Used Car deals to accounting.
  • Prepare bank funding.
  • Payout Car Liens.
  • Buy in Vehicles/ Stock vehicles in.
  • GM Incentive claims/ payment schedules.
  • Register extended warranties.
  • Balance schedules at month end.
  • Prepare month end reports.
  • Stock in trade-ins/ write service work orders.
  • Balancing cash receipts for Service and Parts daily
