  • Warehouse assistant who can handle activities like invoice packing, monitoring, container receiving tasks, and inventory checking.
  • 2. Coordinate with the sales team for order packaging based on customer demand, alternative suggestions, and item amendments.
  • 3. Ensure goods /orders are dispatched within time limits /cut-off to maintain smooth delivery operations and on-time deliveries.
  • 4.Verify quantities and condition of goods and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse In-Charge.
  • 5.Maintain and update sales orders in Excel and the relevant system.
