Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an organized and reliable Accounts & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly—supporting daily operations, assisting with accounts, and providing general administrative support. You’ll be working closely with colleagues across the business, so being proactive, detail-oriented, and a good communicator is essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Preparing IRAS tax and GST submissions.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and record-keeping.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
  • Help coordinate office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
  • Organize information and media for website content and award submissions.
  • Provide general support to the management team and colleagues as needed.
