ACCOUNTS ADMIN ASSISTANT

Experience & Qualities Required:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts/Finance role.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner, reliable and conscientious with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities

This varied Accounts/Admin role includes:

  • Assisting with purchase ledger reconciliation work and sales ledger work
  • Processing high volume of multi-currency invoices
  • Reconciling supplier accounts statements to meet payment deadlines
  • Setting up daily bacs payments for any non-credit suppliers
  • Reporting and following through on all AP invoice queries
  • Supporting on month end procedures and full AP ledger allocation
  • Ad hoc duties as directed (reception duties, filing, post, data entry)
