SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous accounts experience or background
  • Understanding of accounting, GST and tax
  • Previous admin support role

You will have experience in the following

  • Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll
  • Xero Accounting
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Collating expenses and statements
  • Drafting invoices
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Following scheduled financial procedures and reporting
  • Assisting with creating procedures
  • Managing compliance tasks such as Super, BAS/PAYG, Workcover and insurance
  • Liaising with external accountants
  • Managing intercompany related charges
  • Providing general admin support to staff and assisting for success
  • Project admin tasks and reporting to customers
  • Creating meeting agendas and writing minutes
  • Managing and scheduling onsite visits for technicians in accordance with the roste
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We require someone who is autonomous and able to think on their feet. This role suits someone with an accounting or bookkeeping background, and offers diversity across the technology industry as the company is involved in traditional IT services, as well as having developed its own Construction SaaS platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide admin and accounts support for Crawford IT and it’s other subsidiaries.

You will have experience in the following

  • Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll
