Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Admin Executive to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR) duties. Our company is currently undergoing a system migration, and the candidate will be expected to assist with the preparations. As the role evolves, additional accounts and admin duties will be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attributes:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

3. EVOLVING DUTIES (POSSIBLE TO BE ADDED POST-MIGRATION BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS):

  • Accounts Payable: Check and process bills and expense claims.
  • Payroll & Tax: Assist with payroll calculations, CPF updates, and tax reporting.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Compile and submit vendor onboarding paperwork.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Procurement: Procuring office equipments and supplies.
