ACCOUNTS & ADMIN SUPPORT

Chartered Accountancy Firm in St John’s Wood NW8
4 Days a week in the office
We are seeking a dedicated account and admin support professional to join our friendly and inclusive team.
Our firm supports a range of small private clients, businesses and charities, and this role offers the opportunity to be involved in a variety of administrative and client focused tasks including:
- Handing correspondence and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients via email, phone and in-person
- Assisting with spreadsheet data entry and basic financial analysis
- Supporting the team with client focused day-to-day administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is organised, reliable and able to work independently with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and professional and personable approach to client interaction
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a friendly team
- Experience with audio typing, excel, word and email
- Prior experience in an accountancy practice and a basic of knowledge of submitting tax returns and Companies House compliance would be an advantage but not essential
