Job Description We are looking for a versatile and proactive Accounts Administration and Tech Support Officer to join our team. This dual role position combines IT support with finance administration, offering a unique opportunity to contribute across both technical and operational functions in a hospitality environment. Position Details: Part-time position: 3–4 days per week Hourly rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience) Hospitality industry environment Responsibilities: Information Technology (Approx. 70%) In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support and systems management: Technical Support: Provide first level IT support to hotel staff and guests, troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers), and assist with basic network connectivity. Liaison with Remote HQ: Act as the onsite conduit between staff and the Remote HQ IT team, raising and following up on tickets, escalating issues, and ensuring clear communication. Systems, Contracts & Access Management: Maintain the IT Contracts Register, manage password security protocols, and oversee system access rights across core platforms. Compliance & Security: Support PCI compliance processes, conduct internal security checks, monitor audit logs, and promote cyber safety practices. Capex Support: Assist in preparing capex requests, gathering quotes, and supporting IT asset lifecycle management. Accounts Assistance (Approx. 30%) You’ll also provide valuable support to the finance team, including: Accounts Payable: Process invoices, coding, vendor queries, and statement reconciliations. Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain debtor records. Daily Finance Tasks: Prepare daily revenue reports, reconciliations, and cash handling checks. Month-End Assistance: Support accruals, reconciliations, and documentation collation, plus assist with ad-hoc Qualifications Skilled in IT troubleshooting with a customer focused approach Comfortable working across both technical and administrative functions Experienced in hospitality environments (preferred but not essential) Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Professional, discreet, and an excellent communicator Additional Information This is a rare opportunity to combine your technical expertise with accounts administration in a dynamic hospitality setting.
