Full-Time In-House Accounts Administration Clerk/Officer at a local Folding Carton and Label Manufacturing company. Candidate will be required to assist finance and operations departments with ordering/purchasing, invoicing, and processing of invoices/bills in accounting software. Candidate will be assisting with monthly reconciliations and general accounting tasks, as well as assisting operations with customer service and general administrative tasks. Entry-level exposure to accounting skills and concepts required - work experience not mandatory. Candidate will be well-trained in-house but must demonstrate an entry-level understanding of said concepts (demonstrate basic bookkeeping knowledge to show good understanding of accounting concepts).
This role is a permanent position working from a modern office with onsite parking. We are seeking a motivated, reliable and organised person with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in the packaging and label industry is not necessary - experience with Excel recommended (candidates should have Excel experience and basic knowledge of formulas and functions). Candidate will be working in a warm, welcoming, well-paced environment with plenty of young, like-minded individuals.
