Dovida seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrative Coordinator to join our Client Excellence team in a full-time role based at our Ashmore Office. This role is crucial for maintaining relationship with external organisations, internal teams and clients.
The Account Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing onboarding, compliance management, annual reviews and invoicing to ensure information is accurate and clear while promoting the Dovida brand and culture.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Utilities and manages the NetSuite Purchase Order module to ensure accurate and compliant data is being provisioned.
  • Liaise with Approved Service Providers to ensure contracts are up to date
  • Create and provide purchase orders/referral to Approved Service Providers.
  • Complete all admin tasks required within the Client Experience team
