ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME) – JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who loves keeping numbers in order and supporting business success? We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our accounts run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of a wide variety of accounting tasks, helping to keep everything accurate and up to date. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including:

  • Processing all financial data and bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
  • Preparing and posting journal entries
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • VAT reporting and compliance
  • Handling intercompany recharges
  • Providing month-end and ad hoc management reporting
  • Running payroll, including timesheets and staff expenses
  • Calculating staff commissions
  • Setting up authorised payments (including wages)
  • Cashflow preparation and forecasting
  • Working closely with Partners to ensure HMRC and other compliance obligations are met
