Description

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team for a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a work-from-home role with full-time hours, supporting both our Mackay and Brisbane operations starting from mid-July 2025.
This role is all about creating outstanding client experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of our behind-the-scenes operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming client phone calls and emails
  • Liaise with the scheduling team and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Prepare quotes, onboard new clients, and conduct regular check-ins
  • General office administration
  • Accounting support including billing, reconciliations, quoting, and invoicing (Xero)
  • Manage stock ordering, repairs, and rotation
