Job Description Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering accurate financial results? We’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Real Estate Management Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic property management environment and make an impact from day one. Key Responsibilities Process tenant receipting and supplier invoices using MRI system. Assist with monthly financial reporting for management contracts. Perform end-of-month bank reconciliations and creditor payment runs. Support Property and Facility Managers with accounting queries. Maintain accurate property management records and ensure timely creditor payments. Qualifications What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to handle repetitive tasks and manage a high volume of work. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Experience with property accounting systems is a plus. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
