This role is responsible for accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial data integrity, and providing efficient administrative support across accounting functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, effective query management, and smooth day‑to‑day financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable accurately, including reconciliations and daily receipting. Respond to creditor and debtor queries promptly and professionally. Prepare monthly financial reporting and support month‑end and audit activities. Maintain accurate financial and property management data within accounting systems. Manage the Accounts inbox and document workflows to ensure timely completion. Contribute to process improvements and support the effective operation of the Accounts team. Qualifications What we are looking for: Experience or qualification in accounting, finance, or financial administration. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Confident learning and working with accounting systems and digital tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
