INTRODUCTION

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across all areas of a busy finance department within a rapidly growing business. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Accounts Technician qualification or part-qualified in accounting would be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role (Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Proactive, quick learner, and adept at multitasking and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Financial Administration.
  • Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, preparation for annual and internal audits, and the annual budget process.
  • Manage prepaid expenses and assist with accruals.
  • Aid in bank reconciliation, fixed asset register maintenance, and general finance-related tasks.
  • Provide support for external audit queries and finance projects.
  • Offer office administrative assistance as required.
