We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to key financial operations in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with efficiency.
  • A proactive attitude toward process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with payroll and VAT/tax regulations is advantageous.
  • AAT qualification or similar is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date and precise financial records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate transaction coding.
  • Coordinate accounts-related communications and assist in compiling weekly payment schedules.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns and relevant tax documentation in a timely manner.
  • Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Support payroll processes while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
  • Aid in audit preparation and ensure the smooth completion of audit requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and reporting support to the finance team.
