Verify bank details and other key financial information. Monitor accounts, process payments, and handle reconciliations. Prepare and maintain financial reports to support team operations. Spot trends and suggest proactive process improvements. Follow company policies and compliance standards. Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality, and accuracy targets. Communicate promptly with both clients and your manager. 🧩 Skills You’ll Need Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Confident in communicating with clients and team members. Open to feedback and motivated to improve and exceed expectations. Comfortable working independently or collaborating with a team. Tech-savvy — familiar with accounting tools, payment platforms (e.g., PayPal), and spreadsheets (MS Office/Google Sheets).
