Description

Our client located outside Dungannon require an Accounts Administrator. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager duties include:

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Experience in Sage Accounts & Sage Payroll
  • A level qualified or equivalent.
  • 1 year experience in Finance.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • IATI or equivalent
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Process a large quantity of purchase invoices.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and arrange payments.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for management via excel.
  • Review monthly reports received from customers.
  • Answering telephone and dealing with queries.
  • Cash book postings.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate filing system for invoices/statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts prep.
  • Provide assistance to the finance team
  • Process wages via sage payroll.
  • Any other ad-hoc Admin duties.
