We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to join our Chiswick based team in the role of Accounts Administrator.
This is a versatile role, and the successful candidate will have the ability to confidently communicate with a variety of stakeholders ranging from key partners and suppliers to high end clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Accuracy and Attention to Detail - you must be meticulous to ensure financial data is accurate.
· You need to be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Effective communication is essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and other team members.
· Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot discrepancies or resolve issues related to financial records.
· Experience with accounting software is crucial for managing financial data.
· A basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is necessary for accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.
· A minimum of two years prior experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Accurately processing and recording all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
· Reconciling bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
· Managing the Accounts Dept email inbox
· Preparing and sending invoices to clients and processing payments.
· Utilizing accounting software like Xero, dext, Teller to manage financial records.
· Communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
· Assisting the procurement team with administrative duties and office management

THE ROLE IS OFFERED FULL TIME ON A PERMANENT BASIS WITH A COMPETITIVE SALARY PACKAGE:

· £30k pa
· Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
· Company Pension
· 20 days holiday
