SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • General office administration experience is required and familiarity with accounts processes will be viewed favourably.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Numerate and detail focused.
  • Confident, can do attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Help with posting and allocating daily cash receipts, online payments and banking transactions.
  • Assist with daily reconciliations of accounts and support in checking and resolving any differences.
  • Keep financial records organised and up to date, following company processes.
  • Utilise internal systems and Microsoft Excel to process and analyse financial data effectively.
  • Support the accounts function with adhoc duties such as invoice processing, ledger maintenance and general administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the finance department by providing proactive support across accounting activities.
