Experienced Accounts Administrator with Property industry experience is required to join the finance team of this established organisation. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance or accounting, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organisation are key.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client accounting operations, including payments, reconciliations, and supporting the wider team with financial reporting and administration.

ACCOUNTS ADMIN (PROPERTY) – SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Good understanding of accounts receivable/payable and reconciliations
  • Strong Excel skills and good data entry accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience with client accounts (essential)
  • Familiarity with property software systems such as Vebra Alto (preferred)
  • A confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
