ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – PART-TIME

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our team based at our Offices and Bodyshop at North Weald, CM16 6HR.
We are looking for a bright, motivated individual who can work in a small team environment. Xero experience is a must, as is previous accounts experience.
Hours for the role are 08.30am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday however we are flexible on these hours.
Due to the location of the business, you must be able to drive.

Responsibilities
  • Daily processing of sales invoices and associated emails and paperwork.
  • Daily processing of purchase invoices, ensuring all have been checked in via Bodyshop.
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
  • Processing supplier remits.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts.
  • Daily reconciliation of all Bank Accounts.
  • Monitoring all company direct debits & standing orders
  • Other ad hoc tasks.
