ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Bromsgrove - B61 7AQ
Pay: £12.50/hour PAYE or £14.50/hour PAYE Umbrella
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a proactive and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in using Microsoft Office and new systems.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate supplier records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.

  • Administer requests for missing information from suppliers.
  • Contact supply chain partners via phone and email to confirm details and request updates.
  • Track and chase outstanding information, ensuring systems are updated.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Identify missing supplier details such as contact info, expired insurance documents, or Constructionline certifications.
  • Review and maintain supply chain records on the eSource system.
  • Draft purchase orders for review as needed.
