EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, general ledger)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables)
  • Ability to generate and interpret financial reports
Responsibilities
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring proper organisation and accessibility
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed
