MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 A-Levels or equivalent (any subject)
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C / 4 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting account management processes and client servicing across a range of insurance programmes. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to deliver high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing administrative support in line with agreed internal processes
  • Gathering claims information and preparing renewal questionnaires
  • Supporting the creation of market presentations with data/statistics
  • Preparing documentation for new business, renewals, and mid-term changes
  • Working on premium allocations and issuing accurate invoices
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with clients and insurers as needed
  • Resolving account queries promptly and accurately
  • Supporting the servicing and retention of client insurance programmes
  • Monitoring reports and supporting management information needs
