A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join us and undertake a variety of tasks in support of the Financial Accounting function.
This presents an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual to join a team of colleagues in this essential role that supports the day-to-day management and reconciliation of Willerby’s Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury Functions.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

  • Support with sales invoicing, cash allocation and dealer financing
  • Work with Credit Control to maintain Willerby debtor’s ledger
  • Assist with the daily processing and recording of cash receipts and payments

Accounts Payable:

  • Support to process supplier invoices for payment
  • Support with supplier payment proposals
  • Assist with payment allocations
  • Ad hoc analysis of accounts and support to the wider Finance function as required
