Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Admin Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, supporting client financial requirements, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment, enjoys client interaction, and is passionate about financial integrity and business support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Spreadsheets, ledgers and journals including invoice processing
  • Performing bank Reconciliation, Petty cash, Preparing and maintaining financial records
  • Managing Credit control, following up on outstanding payments
  • Preparing VAT and cooperate Tax schedules
  • Dealing with external Auditors

Requirements:

  • Part qualifications in CA/ACCA/CIMA or full qualification in AAT
  • Should be a self-Stater, dynamic and work independently
  • Good command in English
  • Age between 24 - 30
  • Minimum 01-year experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and QB Accounting Package
