EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and handling large data volumes.
  • Previous experience in accounts/finance roles is advantageous.
  • A flair for systems/reports would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a good team player.
  • Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer database and ensure adherence to SLA’s with external clients.
  • Conduct data analysis, review and interrogate customer data, and produce reports to ensure database accuracy.
  • Understand the various loan products, calculation and capitalisation of loan interest, and application of Euribor.
  • Prepare online bank payments, post customer drawdowns and receipts to customer accounts on KBS.
  • Onboard new customers, set up and review account details for accuracy.
  • Calculate and process customer settlements or restructures as needed.
  • Assist Finance and Compliance teams with queries which arise during audits (internal and external).
  • Prepare month-end bank reconciliations and trial balance for external clients.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and conduct follow-up calls/emails promptly.
  • Lead new client product requirements and required system enhancements.
  • Assist Operations Manager with deployments of new releases to system and testing of same.
  • Provide administrative support to the business for ad hoc projects.
