Instant Tool and Plant hire are a Plant, Tool and Toilet hire business operating within Staffordshire and Cheshire.
We are looking for a part time experienced Book Keeper to join our team at Instant Tool and Plant hire. We have expanded rapidly over the last four years so require an experienced, results driven, individual with a keen eye for detail. Reporting to the directors on a weekly basis and working alongside our small team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Experience using Excel
Experience using QuickBooks online

Processing purchase invoices
Allocation of cash received
Taking card payments
Posting sales invoices
