Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The successful applicant will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Required)
  • Investmenet Management: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
  • Ensure timely bank payments and manage cash flow
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
