JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our nursing homes.
As the Accounts and Finance Manager, you will be a vital part of our Finance Team, overseeing a broad range of accounting, payroll, and administrative functions. You will ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping, payroll processing, and contribute to efficient financial planning, compliance and supporting the overall financial health of the business.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a healthcare environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • ACCA qualified.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, healthcare billing, and financial regulations.
  • Understanding of healthcare billing and sector-specific financial regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
