Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for an accounts and HR assistant to help our growing private psychiatry clinic. We are a close-knit team in a start-up business and seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Keeping track of payments and invoicing
  • Recording income and expenditure in Sage (proficient use of Sage 50 is essential)
  • Financial forecasting
  • Reviewing staff timesheets
  • Administering invoices
  • Filing HR documentation
  • Tracking staff holidays
  • Organising interviews and preparing documentation for new members of staff
  • Ad-hoc clinical admin tasks
  • Responding to clinic emails and phone calls (professional emails and phone manner is required)
  • Maintaining good relations with customers and business partners
  • Previous accounts and HR experience is essential
