Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
From managing financial records and processing invoices, to reconciling accounts and supporting payroll, this is a varied position that offers exposure across all aspects of finance. You’ll also work closely with the Finance Director, assisting with month-end tasks and other ad-hoc duties, giving you an excellent opportunity to develop your skills further.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately invoice fees and post receipts
  • Carry out the credit control function effectively
  • Process supplier invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Manage all aspects of payroll and respond to pay-related staff queries
  • Support the Finance Director with month-end accounts and ad-hoc finance tasks
