Job Description We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Assistant to join our team in Udaipur, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department by managing various financial tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and performing data entry tasks Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist in preparing financial reports and statements Handle expense reports and reimbursements Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal staff and external partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping Proficiency in accounting software Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical abilities Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Additional Information An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
