Respond to queries, by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies. Financial Management Assist in the determination of fiscal requirements and the compilation of budgetary recommendations. Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same. Operational Management Supervise, coordinate and participate in accounting tasks to settle guest accounts receivable in accordance to the credit policy. Assist in approving various transactions including refunds, ability-to-pay allowances, discounts and write-offs. Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis, setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions Carry out all Food and Beverage inventories. Assist the F&B Controller in all cost related accounts for Food and Beverages. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems Job-Category: Finance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
