Description

Agriline Products SA (PTY) Ltd are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Assistant to provide financial support across our operations in both South Africa and the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key financial processes, including bank reconciliations, supplier invoicing, credit control, and payment processing.
This role also supports the UK accounts team with various accounting and administrative tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, experienced in accounting software, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to multi-region accounting.
  • Matric qualification with strong skills in English, Mathematics, and Business Studies.
  • Relevant Accounts or Bookkeeping qualification (e.g., AAT Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to use advanced functions for financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Sage 200, Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in bank reconciliations, supplier invoicing, and credit control.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a small, collaborative team.
