ALLSTAFF ACCOUNTANCY AND FINANCE DIVISION ARE DELIGHTED TO BRING TO THE MARKET THE ROLE OF BUSINESS SUPPORT - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our clients Business Support Team. You will be passionate about developing and maintaining valued client relationships and will know how to use cloud accounting software and technology to best support their clients’ businesses.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responsibility for the bookkeeping routine for a portfolio of clients
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining periodic financial reporting for certain clients
  • Completing work within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Assist with implementing Xero or Quickbooks Online and provide training and support for clients on these systems
  • Provide advice on existing in house systems and identify potential improvements to increase quality, efficiency and service levels
  • Working with a varied client portfolio, the role will involve regular client contact
  • Liaising with managers, partners and other staff
