Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring accurate financial records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: -

  • General administrative support to the finance team
  • Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
  • Handling supplier and customer queries promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with credit control processes – including managing customer direct debits
  • Support the finance team with various reporting requirements
