Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day financial operations
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist with bank errands and maintain an effective filing system
  • Support GST, CPF and IRAS submissions
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Accounts / Office Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in using Xero accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
