Our Commercial business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the Process and Logistics Finance team. This is a great step if you're someone who enjoys working with systems, numbers, and people, and you're eager to grow, develop and expand your impact within a collaborative team environment. This opportunity offers you a chance to make a real impact across our operations. You’ll work closely with external customers and teams across Road and Marine logistics to ensure freight transactions are processed accurately, contracts are executed correctly, and reporting is delivered on time. Beyond logistics, this role offers the opportunity to develop insight into Commercial Services and Transformation teams, giving you a broader view of how we drive success across the business. With ongoing support for your learning and development, you’ll be empowered to grow your skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that help shape the future of how we work. We're flexible on location, whether you’re based in Port Kembla NSW or Mt Waverley VIC, and you’ll have the option to work four days in the office and one from home. What Will You Do? You’ll support the team in ensuring accurate and timely processing of freight-related transactions, while helping to improve financial performance. You'll also: prepare and process freight movements in line with contractual commitments support revenue on-charging and payment processes assist in monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and reconciliations respond to information requests from customer service and internal stakeholders build and nurture working relationships with internal and external stakeholders contribute to business improvement initiatives across the team More About You Whether you have experience in a similar role or you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, people and processes, this could be a great next step.
