Description

A fun, vibrant, fast moving shared/flexible office space company is looking for an Assistant Accountant for a full time role covering functions across group status. We consist of 3 companies covering 12 different sites with a view to expand.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our Head of Finance with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is an exciting role which covers all aspects of the accounts department giving opportunity to grow within the business.
In order to assist the Head of Finance, we are looking for a person who has knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping experience with Xero Accounting Software with a qualification at AAT level 2+ and a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a finance role .

Role with involve:

  • Assist with bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts across 3 companies within the group
  • Process Expenses
  • Sending supplier remittences and ensuring contact details are up to date
  • Agreeing partnership accounts
  • Reconciling financial information with other software
  • Project work
  • Working as part of a team
  • Additional finance admin tasks

The role will be office based Monday - Friday either in the Brighton & Hove or Crawley area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
