Responsibilities
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow monitoring.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of GST filings and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and digital financial records.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and billing discrepancies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing relevant schedules and documentation.
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense claims verification, and petty cash management.
