Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and professional accounts assistant to join our busy administration team. The successful candidate will be hard-working, organised and able to work on their own initiative.
Key responsibilities will include :
Posting and allocating of payments to debtors account
Processing of sales invoices and customer statements
Resolve any client queries and ensure that outstanding invoices are paid in a timely manner
Monitor and collect outstanding debts in line with credit control procedures.
Liase with management and sales team to resolve outstanding issues.
Other General Administrative Duties as required.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, APPLICANTS WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting technician qualification desirable but not essential
Previous experience working in a busy accounts department
Knowledge of Intact & Sage is an advantage
Excellent organization and communication skills
A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
Ability to work on own initiative
