JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and readily accessible. SKILLS

  • Previous accounts experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with database management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems or processes.

COMPANY CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS (CPD)

  • The company will take the opportunity to close quarterly per annum, currently on a week-day from 4:30pm-6:30pm, included in salary, for continued professional and personal development by bringing in speakers to help develop our team and will cover the cost of the training from external companies.
  • ARLA level training provided with the opportunity to obtain the ARLA Level 6 Qualification funded by the company.
    · Additional company sponsored training courses are also available and team members are encouraged to take ownership of their personal and professional development by seeking opportunities to learn.
Responsibilities

· Main responsibility – Daily processing of a high volume of invoices (data entry)
· Managing utilities and broadband accounts and associated mail.
· Processing ad-hoc payments.
· Credit card reconciliation.
· Entering data on SAM database and checking accuracy.
· General accounts administration.
· Holiday cover for accounts team where required.
· Communicating with landlords, tenants, suppliers, and team members.
· Assisting the accounts and wider SPM team as required.
· Attending training meetings and courses for CPD.
· Keeping up to date with property legislation and regulation to keep landlords and tenants safe.
