REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Business Central) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
  • Support the preparation and submission of GST filings.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for payment and billing matters.
  • Provide administrative support for the accounts department as required.
