Our Core Values:

  • Be Kind – We treat each other and our clients with respect and compassion.

  • Actively Communicate – We keep everyone in the loop with clarity and purpose.
  • Dare to Excel – We challenge ourselves to do better, every day.
  • Be Accountable – We own our responsibilities and see them through.
  • Use Gumption – Bring resourcefulness and a positive mindset to solve problems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day bookkeeping support to a portfolio of small business clients
  • Use cloud software such as Xero, Dext, and Karbon (training provided if needed)
  • Reconcile accounts, process invoices, monitor cash flow, and assist with VAT returns
  • Act as a friendly and trusted point of contact for clients
  • Work closely with our wider team to deliver a high-quality, proactive service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confident communicator with a warm and professional manner
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable using cloud-based tools
  • Someone who genuinely cares about helping small businesses grow

What We Offer:

  • Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle
  • Optional 4-day working week
  • 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays, pro rata)
  • Full private health cover
