Description

Dyvest Health Care Pty Ltd; We are a Healthcare Services Company which has 19 Medical Centers across New South Wales - providing Bulk, Private Billings & Allied Health Facilities.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our busy head office

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping track all payments & expenditures for all Medical Centers
  • End-to-end accounts payable process
  • Understanding accounts operation of the Medical Centers, collaborating with Site Managers to allocate payments from third parties into the contractors’ account accurately
  • Reconciling contractor’s revenue accounts, issuing Recipient Created Tax Invoices and process payments
  • Administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
  • Min 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work under strict deadlines
  • High level of interpersonal skills set: Good communication (both verbal and written); good organization & problem-solving skills; Excellent phone manner
  • Can be an independent worker or Team player
  • Experience with MYOB cloud-based system preferred
  • Experience of PracSoft, Medical Director is an advantage
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizen or full legal to work in Australia

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
