  We seek a detail-oriented Graduate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

DUTIES

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements by applicable regulations and standards.
• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis as needed.
• Mentor junior staff members, fostering their professional development within the finance department.
• Utilise accounting software such as Xero and Sage to streamline financial processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
