About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Accounts Assistant you will be working within our group finance function maintaining the financial records on behalf of our optical practices.
  • Allocate bank transactions to revenue generated and to purchase invoices on a timely basis
  • Posting stock and debtors balances from the PMS into Sage Intaact.
  • Reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements.
  • Communicate with practices to understand any anomalies.

The Ideal Candidate:

With a background in Finance, Accounting, or AAT, you embody a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
